The 1970 Rover 3500 S Federal was driven by Mustafa. This vehicle served as his mode of Transportation. He used it to pursue Felicity Shagwell's 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray until she used her Colt Python to shoot his tire and caused him to drive off of a cliff. Mustafa survived but the car was destroyed.
