The 2001 Jaguar XK8 Convertible (also known as the Shaguar) was the latest car driven by Austin Powers. It replaces the 1961 Jaguar from the first film. The car is shown driven by Austin as his mode of transportation. At first Austin used a wrist watch to have the car be remote controlled automatically to his location. The features on this car has a bulletproof glass and a ejector seat button for Austin to eject himself from the car for when things get worse. The number plate on this car reads SHAGUAR
