Austin Powers:Returning Vandal

This policy is used to to stop returning vandals who have vandalised and blocked countless times. When a vandal has been blocked four times, it is up to the highest users of this wiki, or even Dr.Evil, the founder of this wiki, to block the user for a specified time longer than one month, indefinitely, or infinitely. Exactly one month after ruling, the vandal can contest the block. When the highest users work the situation out, they may choose to lift or not lift the block. When the vandal continues to vandalize, the highest users should immediatly indefinitely block the vandal without trial. When this happens, the vandal may try again to contest the block one month later.
