Ivana Humpalot (Kristen Johnston) is a Russian hitwoman of Dr. Evil wearing a white fur coat and hat around her black-nearly-see through lace bodysuit showing most of her boobies, who appears in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.
