Wagner as Number 2
Robert Jonathan Wagner (born February 10, 1930) is an American actor and comedian. In Austin Powers, Wagner plays Number 2, Dr. Evil's right-hand man. He oversees the finances of the companies that fund Dr. Evil's evil plans.
